For this week's FAQ Highlight, we are visiting the topic of invoices - which is one of the most searched topics within the Community. We hope to clarify some common questions regarding finding and paying your invoice, as well as some additional useful information to keep in mind.
- FINDING AND PAYING YOUR INVOICE
- Our invoicing system sends an automated email reminder to customers 30 days prior to invoice renewal dates.
- Reminder emails can only be sent to the registered email address that your certification is tied to - this is the also the email address you will need to use to login to access your portal.
- Since the reminder emails are system-generated, they will sometimes be filtered to junk or spam, so be sure to check there too.
- The reminder email also contains quick steps to locate and pay your invoice through your Certification portal.
- If you can't locate an invoice it may be because you aren't within the 30 day reminder timeline. If you need an invoice raised early, you can Contact Us for assistance.
- Note: Even if an invoice is paid early it will not change the renewal date of your certification , as that is based on the initial approval date of your certification.
- When accessing your portal, make sure you are selecting 'Exemplar Global' or 'iNARTE' from the Certifications portal
- Once you have logged in to the Community, click on 'Manage Certifications.' On the next page click on 'Manage My Certifications' from the top menu, and select 'Exemplar Global' or 'iNARTE' based on the certification you hold
- Click on 'Unpaid Invoices' to see those available to pay
- LOCATING YOUR RECEIPT
- Once your payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your paid invoice is the same as your receipt. It will show a $0 balance, as well as the date it was paid in full.
- Receipts can be accessed via the Certification portal by taking the same path described above, - just click on 'Paid Invoices' instead.
- Once you are in your paid invoices, you can click on 'INVOICE/RECEIPT' next to the receipt you are working with to download a PDF copy.

- PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Paying via credit or debit card via the Certification portal is the fastest and easiest way to pay your invoice.
- We do not currently accept other forms of payment online.
- You may also pay by Electronic Funds Transfer - each invoice will have the necessary transfer information printed in the bottom left corner.
- Paying by EFT can take longer to process due to the manual procedure involved, and can be delayed depending on funds availability policies and transfer deadlines between financial institutions.
- When paying by EFT make sure that your invoice number is listed in the reference, or it could delay funds being properly allocated to your account.
