The training is only the first of the things Exemplar Global looks at, and it is usually the part people already have. The other two are work experience in the relevant field and audit experience you can evidence, logged audit by audit with the dates, the standard, your role and the days you spent, and that log is where most applications stall because it gets written from memory years later. Start it now even if you are observing or auditing internally, since that experience counts toward the earlier grades and gives you something real to submit. Once the log is solid the application itself is fairly mechanical.
