I can see that our Customer Support team has replied to several emails from you over the past few weeks - and am wondering if maybe the replies got filtered out to your junk or spam folders?
It also looks like you may have duplicate accounts in our system - since all of your information regarding training courses (and your Credly badge) can only be linked to one email address, please look for an email from us with information on how we can get this sorted for you.
As a graduate of a training course, please note that Credly badges will also not display specific scheme information, but rather be a general "Graduate of a Certified Course" badge.
