Jackie Stapleton is an ISO management system leadership specialist, practicing certification auditor, speaker, author of Lead the Standard, and Co-Founder and Director of Auditor Training Online, an internationally recognized provider of auditor and management systems training. Having worked across auditing, implementation, and leadership environments, Stapleton has seen firsthand the difference between systems that simply satisfy requirements and systems that genuinely create value. Her work focuses on helping people move further than proving systems exist, and start proving they work.
