He has a proven track record in defining and executing enterprise-level EHS strategies, strengthening regulatory compliance, and embedding high-performance safety cultures within manufacturing and multinational organizations. Popescu has also led audits, certification programs, and strategic QHSE initiatives across Europe, covering standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others.
