Speaker Bios
Sheronda Jeffries is a Technical Leader with Cisco. She is an industry leader at TIA QuEST Forum, a collaboration of companies dedicated to quality and performance in the ICT supply chain, where she serves as their representative to ISO/TC 176, ISO CASCO, and Global ACI. Jeffries is an Exemplar Global certified quality management system lead auditor, an ASQ CQA, an ASQ Fellow, and a former board member of ASQ. She is currently the chair for the US TAG ISO/TC 176 and the US TAG ISO/PC 302.
Billi Jo (BJ) Johnson began her career more than 25 years ago as a microbiologist working on medical devices manufactured out of human and animal tissues. She has worked at companies that manufactured medical devices from bandages to permanent implants. Johnson worked at the FDA as a consumer safety officer and in the medical device quality organizations at several medical device companies. She has been an ASQ CQA since 2001 and currently works as a Project Manager for DEKRA.
