I'm working in food safety certifications, mainly with FSSC 22000, registered for categories C0, CI, and K. My current challenge is that there isn't enough work volume in my region, so I need to expand into new zones to keep my license active. Always interested in hearing how others have approached similar growth or market expansion challenges.

I'm a consultant, so work across many industries, but at the moment we've noticed a definite uptick in the number of retail clients approaching us for help to manage occupational violence and aggression. It's a tricky issue, because we can't eliminate the customers (who are the main source of risk)! I'd be keen to hear any thoughts/suggestions on effective ways to manage these sorts of risks which don't necessarily fit into the "traditional" safety space.
