My work focuses on practical, risk‑based implementation that aligns with ISO principles while delivering real operational value.

I am also the founder and principal consultant at PRIMECORP, an ISO 9001 certified consulting firm that supports food manufacturing businesses in designing, implementing, and maintaining effective management systems. Our approach emphasizes in audit‑ready documentation, embedded processes, and continual improvement rather than compliance for compliance's sake.
