    Hi everyone!
    Better late than never from me!  I wanted to add my voice to this, even if I'm a little behind. The FAQ Hub is something I'm genuinely glad we've built - the volume of questions we see around certifications, payments, and account access told us we needed something like this. Now that it's been live for a few weeks, I'd love to hear how it's landing. Has it helped you find what you needed? Anything missing or that caught you off guard? Real feedback at this stage is especially useful as we decide what to add next.
