My name is Fahad Akhtar from Bahrain, and I am an international auditing, training, and consultancy professional with over 17 years of experience in management system certification, compliance, and organizational performance improvement.
I am an certified Principal Auditor and Lead Tutor, with extensive experience in first, second, and third-party audits. To date, I have delivered more than 1,200 man-days of audits and 700+ man-days of professional training across multiple international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 55001, ISO 13485, and ESG-related frameworks.
Currently, I serve as Director Operations at Dencon Professional Services, Bahrain, and also work as a freelance Lead Auditor and Trainer with various certification bodies across the Middle East and South Asia. My professional focus includes auditor competence development, supplier/vendor assessments, energy management systems, governance and compliance, and continual improvement initiatives.
In addition, I actively contribute to standards development through my involvement with ISO/PSQCA Technical Committees, supporting the advancement of best practices in energy management systems.
