My name is  C Murugan.  Retired from service after 39yrs of experience in Oil & Gas Industries .  Worked in India's leading Premiere Engineering consultancy company for 33 years  in Project Procurement management and monitoring.  presently run a consultant company and also an computer education center.  My company name is MOONAA Consultancy Services.   we are in Chennai, India . My company provides all kind of  computer courses learning for school and college students , I have a team of faculties, they are more than happy to deliver trainings , coaching and enriching students computer knowledge.

Myself has been involved in Education since 1986. Basic a Mechanical Engineer .  I have qualified in  ISO9001 , ISO14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 ( all IRCA.CQI qualified ) and ISO 42001 Examplar Global qualified . My involvement including preparing all level of documentation, implement the agreed system, performed and trained internal auditors and later stage I also play the role as MR in my previous company where in employed for 33 years

Where you're located 
Presently I am located in Chennai, India. I travelled thro Europe  ( stayed in Milan , Italy ) for two years on deputation .  Travelled  to Iran, South Korea  for my assignments. I am still available to travel and preferred to meet people physically.

A total 39 years' experience in Inspection, Expediting, Quality Control Project Procurement Monitoring, Supplier Assessment. Worked in Inspection, Expediting and Vendor Development department under Procurement / Supply Chain Management ( SCM) division of Engineers India Ltd.(32yrs) with following responsibilities.
Responsible for Vendor evaluation and assessment of technical audit , capabilities and QA& QC systems for Enlistment/Enhancement and Revalidation.
Team member of technical specification preparation and updating, technical Procedures revision, updating and ITP/QAP preparation, revision for all mechanical items
Responsible for ISO system Implementation ISO 9001/14001 and 45001 and compliances with internal and external audits.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage EPCM/EPC /LSTK / PMC contracts, and ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, TEMA). A results-driven professional known for optimizing equipment performance, minimizing down time, and enhancing safety standards. My expertise is in Education Quality Management. My last position requires me to perform system development for the university so they can receive accreditation. The result was very smooth and successful.
