    1. Does an organisation's ISO 9001 certificate demonstrate that it has a truly effective Quality Management System?
    2. Could an organisation that is not certified but manages its processes effectively have a better quality management system than one that is certified but whose system only becomes active during audit periods?
    3. When assessing the effectiveness of a system, should an auditor start with documented information or with the actual performance of the processes?
    4.  In your opinion, could the biggest mistake in ISO 9001 implementations be overlooking the difference between 'establishing a system that complies with the standard' and 'establishing a system that suits the organisation'?
    5. Does the absence of non-conformities truly demonstrate that the system is effective?

    6. Alternatively, the new revision of ISO 9001 is currently in the development phase, and ISO has stated that it expects the new edition to be published around September 2026. So, 'What should ISO 9001:2026 actually change in existing quality management systems?'

Thank you in advance for your comments...
