Hello everyone,

My name is Gabrijela Nikolic, and I'm pleased to join the Exemplar Global Community. I currently serve as the Director of Quality Assurance and Global Regulatory Compliance, where I oversee quality systems, change control, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives across our global operations.

My work focuses on:

• Strengthening QMS effectiveness through robust change control, audit readiness, and process governance
• Leading global regulatory compliance activities and cross‑functional quality initiatives
• Designing and optimizing digital workflows using platforms such as SharePoint and Power Automate
• Supporting internal, supplier, and external audits while driving quality and compliance excellence

I'm particularly passionate about building systems that not only meet regulatory requirements but genuinely improve operational clarity, efficiency, and product quality. I am currently expanding my auditing competencies and engaging more deeply with Exemplar Global's professional framework as I continue to grow in the auditing and compliance space.

I joined this community to connect with fellow auditors, quality professionals, and regulatory experts; share best practices; and learn from others' experiences in global compliance, QMS modernization, and audit leadership. I look forward to contributing to discussions and connecting with peers who are equally committed to quality and continuous improvement.
