    My name is Samson Carlton Mphande, former Unilever manufacturing professional, with over 26 years experience in Manufacturing, Global Quality & SHE auditing. I am certified by IRCA and AEMA.

    I am currently based in Blantyre, Malawi.

    I joined the platform to deepen my expertise in operational excellence, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing systems, while also connecting with professionals who share similar interests.
