Hello everyone. My name is Candice Slingerland. I joined the Exemplar community to gain more knowledge and training in hopes for a job opportunity's when I retire. The past 10 years I have been working as a Quality Manager and Factory foreman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. We build table tops/desks for Government and Military agencies while providing jobs skills to all inmates. This job has given me the opportunity to learn process, auditing and a lot of knowledge with ISO.
