    I'm Jacky Tan, a Quality Assurance Senior Engineer based in Melaka, Malaysia.

    I joined this community because of my ongoing interest in quality systems, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies-and to learn from professionals across industries who share similar passions.

    Hi Jacky,

    Welcome and thanks for such a thoughtful intro. It's always great when someone joins who genuinely likes digging into the "why is this broken and who touched it last" mysteries both at work and at home. That mindset fits right in here.

    If you're up for it, a good place to start is the Global Community-  people regularly post scenarios and look for peer insights. And if there's a topic you wish existed, starting a conversation tends to spark a lot of engagement here.
