Continuous learning is at the heart of professional growth- and CPD doesn't have to mean formal training alone. Many members develop their skills through mentoring, on-the-job projects, or even peer collaboration.

What's your favorite way to stay current or build new skills between formal CPD opportunities?

Share your best practice or resource you might inspire someone else's next step!

    Jamie,

To keep my skills up-to-date, I usually go on LinkedIn and look for recent FDA findings, ISO updates and any webinars that are being hosted by those that I am linked to.  Additionally, since I am focused primarily on Quality Management Systems, I follow several eQMS providers on LinkedIn that provide insightful papers and webinars to provide advice on continuous improvement and gap remediations.  Additionally, sites like www.BSIgroup.com and www.asq.org provide insight on new regulations.

    Regards,

    Nanda
