the name exemplar global is significant, it's huge. It is the world source of reverence for professions . I am thinking about an interactive virtual assistant to help members and visitors find information faster. Virtual assistant answers questions and guide users to relevant pages or resources.

Great suggestion! You may be interested to know that we actually already have an AI-powered assistant built directly into the Community. You'll find it by clicking the three-star icon (✨) in the bottom-right corner of any page.

The assistant can help members:

• Find relevant Knowledge Base articles and resources
• Answer common questions about certifications and Community features
• Guide users to the appropriate pages and links
• Surface discussions and content that may be helpful

If you have a chance to try the AI assistant, I'd love to hear what works well and where you think it could be even more helpful.

1.-Auditor project postings which creates measurable income opportunities for members and will also lead to additional income to certification body as well as strengthening Exemplar Global's position.

2.-Trainer/facilitator opportunities to build emerging professionals within their own geographic region.

Hello Jamie,

I do have a chance today to interact with AI-assistant for the community website. It looks great! I understand it cannot provide specific details about the sections of ISO 9001:2025 because the standards has not yet been published. Hopefully It can interpret clauses in plain language, for example what "good" look like in audits, and able to identify interpretations notes.

I generally use the app. connected community where you haven't powered with an assistant yet.

The more info an AI agent has, the smarter it gets- so use away!

Jamie, the Career Center may already cover part of this, but the one gap I would make sure it handles is witnessed audit experience. It comes up here almost every week, from people who have finished their lead auditor training and then cannot find anyone who will let them observe, and there is nowhere for a certification body with a job coming up to say that an observer seat is available. Even a simple noticeboard where CBs and lead auditors post a seat, and members register interest by region and standard, would unblock a lot of people who are currently emailing strangers and hoping.

A smaller idea. A short monthly thread where an anonymised finding is put up and members argue about whether it holds and why would teach more about audit judgement than most webinars do, and it gives people something recurring to come back for.
