It pops up when someone completes a course that's been certified by Exemplar Global. What's interesting is that the badge is recognizing the course itself rather than the individual learner.
Personnel Certification is something different - it's about assessing the individual's own knowledge, skills, and competence against defined requirements, not just the course they've taken.
