For today's FAQ Highlights topic, we hope to provide information for anyone who has attended a course through an Exemplar Global Recognized Training Provider. We have cross-posted this specifically in the Exemplar Global Graduates Community , but hope this information is also useful to anyone who may be wondering about our additional services.
While Exemplar Global does not directly provide the training required to become an auditor, one of our core services is to certify training providers that specialize in conducting training services to become an auditor. These organizations are part of our network of certified and recognized training providers. For a full listing of all the training providers we work with, you can view the Exemplar Global Training Provider Directory.
- You can search for providers by name, region/country, course type (in-person, online, and blended) and course offerings.
- Click 'Courses' next to a provider's name to view all their offerings.
- Click 'Contact Us' next to a provider's name to reach out to them directly regarding enrollment, fees, and scheduling information.
If you have recently attended training: Once you have completed your course, your training provider will upload your training information to our database to be tied to your record.
- Once you have been uploaded, you will receive a welcome email with steps to register your account, join the community, and receive a verification code.

You must register your account using the unique registration URL provided in your welcome email to access your records.
- Be sure to enter your numerical verification code without commas, spaces, or extra characters.

Providers generally upload attendee information by the 7th of the following month after course completion. - if your information does not appear in that timeline, please contact your training provider directly.
- Once you have been uploaded and registered, your records will appear in the
Training Certificate Verification Directory - Exemplar Global's online lookup tool to allow graduates-and third parties such as employers or clients-to verify that training was completed with an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider.
If you attended training in the past 5 years: If your provider uploaded you, and you registered an account after completing training, you can still verify your information in the directory - simply search using your name as it appears on your training completion documents

If you attended courses 5 years ago or longer, these records will not appear. You can, however, upload your documents to your profile directly for visibility (regardless of when you attended your courses).
Additional Things to Keep in Mind:

Training completion documents are issued directly by providers and Exemplar Global does not receive a copy. If you need corrections made, haven't received or misplaced your documents, or there are other issues with the documents themselves - you must reach out to your provider to amend them.
As a graduate of a recognized training provider, you will also receive an Exemplar Global Graduate Badge on your Community profile once you are uploaded and register within the Community.
These badges are available to individuals who complete auditor or lead auditor training courses through one of our certified training providers. However, ISO-specific badges are only available to those who achieve personnel certification through Exemplar Global.
