In this week's FAQ Highlight, we will discuss the various registers and directories available to search on site, and what each is designed for specifically. We hope to help clarify where you should go, and when - depending on who or what you are looking for!
- Member Directory - This is a listing of all Exemplar Global Community members who have registered and joined the Community. It includes Exemplar Global/iNARTE staff, graduates of recognized training courses, certified auditors, engineers, technicians, training providers ... in short, everyone who makes up the Community itself!
- It is the only directory available solely in the Community, and can be accessed under the "Browse" menu within Community pages.
- It's a great way to network and learn more about your fellow members, as well as showcase your own information via your Community profile.
- Users must be registered in the Community to access details about members, and members get to choose what information they make available in the directory (see more information about how to adjust your privacy settings, profile information, and more, in our Knowledge base article here - How to Build and Manage Your Exemplar Community Profile
- Exemplar Global Register of Certified Personnel - This is the official register of Exemplar Global certified personnel. In order to appear in the register, an individual has to have an active certification through Exemplar Global or iNARTE.
- Here, you can search our database of professionals to connect with others for training, mentoring, and networking purposes.
- Third parties looking to hire certified professionals can search by scheme and location - given the professional allows their information to be displayed.
- Certified individuals can manage their Register privacy settings to allow which information is available, and whether or not they would like to be included on the register itself - learn more here: How to Control Your Public Contact Details in the Exemplar Global Register of Certified Personnel
- Client Register - While Exemplar Global does not directly offer training courses, we proudly work with a global network of training providers, consultants, and organizations that share our dedication to advancing professional development. The Client Register is a list of all recognized training providers that we work with, and their course and training offerings.
- Training providers are searchable by offering type (In-person, online, or blended), location/region, or directly by name
- Click on 'Courses' next to a provider to see their approved list of course offerings
- Click on 'Contact Us' to contact a provider directly for enrollment, fee, and schedule information
- Training Certificate Verification Directory - Exemplar Global's online lookup tool to allow graduates-and third parties such as employers or clients-to verify that training was completed with an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider. If you have attended a course through a training provider, your information will display once your provider has uploaded your information, and you have registered an account. Once uploaded, graduates receive a welcome email with steps to register and a verification code to assist in easily searching their training certificate status.
