Current President and CEO Andrew Baines will retire from Exemplar Global at the end of 2025, concluding more than a decade of leadership with ASQ and Exemplar Global. During this time, Andrew has played a key role in guiding Exemplar Global through a period of modernization and growth, strengthening its operating foundations and supporting its role as a global personnel and training certification body. The Board and staff thank Andrew for his leadership and contributions and wish him all the best in his retirement.
Following Andrew's planned retirement, the Exemplar Global Board, chaired by Sid Bhatnagar in his role as CEO of ASQ, has appointed Adam Bannon as Executive Managing Director. Adam will assume leadership of Exemplar Global upon Andrew's retirement. He has held senior leadership roles within Exemplar Global over several years and brings a deep understanding of the organization's strategy, governance environment, people, and stakeholder community.
Andrew, Adam, and the Exemplar Global Board have been working closely for several months to support a structured and well-managed transition of leadership. This approach reflects the Board's focus on continuity, stability, and effective oversight of Exemplar Global, while maintaining strong alignment and ongoing collaboration within the ASQ family.
