    I am an ISO management systems consultant and educator based in the Philippines, currently building my auditor credentials across multiple standards. I have completed my ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training (IRCA-accredited) and currently finishing my ISO 27001 Lead Auditor training this week.

    My next target is ISO 21001 (EOMS) and I am also looking into ISO 29993 and ISO 29994 as they are highly relevant to my work in the higher education sector here in the Philippines.

    I would love to get clarity from the community and EG members on the following:

    1. What are the specific auditor grade requirements for ISO 21001 under EG - particularly for the Auditor and Lead Auditor grades? Specifically the training, work experience, audit experience, and personal attributes requirements.
    2. Are ISO 29993 and ISO 29994 covered under a separate EG auditor certification scheme, or do they fall under the ISO 21001 EOMS scheme?
    3. For those who have already gone through the EG registration process for ISO 21001 - what was your experience? Any practical tips on building your audit log especially for those starting out in consulting?
    4. Are there EG-recognized training providers offering ISO 21001 Lead Auditor courses that you would recommend, particularly those accessible online or from Asia?

    I have strong background in higher education - 15 years of teaching and academic management experience across multiple universities - so the EOMS space is very natural for me. I just want to make sure I am taking the right steps toward formal EG registration.

    It is heartening to see your interest in auditing and dedication to continuing professional development.  Regarding the ISO 21001 Educational Organization Auditor Personnel Certification, this product has been retired due to lack of stakeholder demand, but this is something we may revisit if that changes in the future.
