  • 1.  Credly Badge Shows 2023 Expired in Profile but Expires in November 2026 - How ti Fix?

    Hello Exemplar Community!

    I have Credly badge listed in my Exemplar Global Certifications, but my Credly Badge Public Facing Website shows the badge expired in 2023 but the badge is good until November 2026 for the ISO27001:2022 ISMS Auditor badge. 

    Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, could you please share how you were able to fix it or any steps you took to get your badge listed?

    Hi Robert! Good question!

    It sounds like you may have last accepted your badge in 2023, and either didn't get your annual email to update it from Credly, or it got filtered to your junk or spam. 

    You can find additional info on how to manage your badge in our Knowledge base article How to Manage and Accept your Credly Badge

    I will also send you a personal message to make sure you have the additional info you might need specifically.

    I looked through my previous e-Mails and found the Credly Badge activation e-Mail sent several times! 🫒

    I clicked on the "View Details" and the correct badge is now shown for the ISO 27001:2022 Auditor and I hid the badge issued in 2023 (I am still learning! 😊).
