Alok, the auditor directory lists people who hold a current certification grade, so having completed the lead auditor courses will not put you there on its own. The grade is applied for separately and you evidence the audit days behind it, and once it is issued your name shows against the standards you are certified for.
The training side is a different listing. Find a Training Provider covers approved provider organisations rather than individual trainers, so that one goes through whoever your courses are delivered under. On whether the IRCA courses can count toward an Exemplar Global grade, I would put that question to Exemplar Global directly rather than take any of our answers here, since it depends on how that particular course was assessed and you want their reply in writing.
